Mr. Taylor was formerly President of GMA Partners, Inc. an investment firm backed by a Forbes 400 family. In that capacity, he assumed the position of Chairman of 1-800-Auto-Tow, Inc., a publicly traded “roll-up” that experienced substantial financial and operational issues and ultimately filed Chapter 11. Mr. Taylor was previously a Managing Director at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where he was responsible for the firm’s corporate finance activities in the Southeastern U.S. and parts of Latin America. Earlier in his career, he held various investment banking positions with Thomson McKinnon Securities, Inc., Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. and Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. Mr. Taylor is a nationally recognized real estate restructuring expert, speaking engagements include ULI, NAHB and state-wide banking and homebuilding associations. Mr. Taylor has led restructuring efforts for over 5,000 condominium units. Mr. Taylor holds an MBA and a BS (cum laude) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (inactive). He is also a sustaining member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Mr. Ogle has been President and/or Chief Executive Officer of nine companies over the past 20 years ranging in revenue from $30 million to in excess of $3 billion, mostly on an interim basis. These assignments involved distressed situations that required substantial operational and/or financial restructuring both in and out of bankruptcy. Mr. Ogle has been personally recruited for these positions by some of the country’s most sophisticated and well known institutional investors including Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, Citicorp Venture Capital, and affiliates of Lazard. Mr. Ogle attended Gadsden Junior College and Marshall University. He is currently a Board member at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. (NYSE: WPSC).

Mr. Bowen was formerly President of the West Virginia AFL-CIO. He started his career with United Stated Steel Corporation and the United Steelworkers of America in 1955. During his career he held a variety of senior union positions including Director of District 23 (3 terms), Special Assistant to the International Union President, Vice President of the Ohio AFL-CIO, Associate Member of the United Mine Workers of America and Member of the Laborers International Union. Mr. Bowen has been Chairman of the negotiating team in numerous union and retiree contract negotiations including situations with substantial financial issues to address. Mr. Bowen currently sits on the Board of Directors of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel where he was appointed by the United Steel Workers of America as their representative. He was formerly a member of the Board of Directors of Republic Container Corporation. Mr. Bowen attended Slippery Rock University.

Mr. Byron-Exarcos is a seasoned corporate executive with substantial experience in construction and finance on a global basis. He specifically has arranged for financing through the World Bank, the FEFC and the Ex-Im Bank of the USA for projects throughout the world.Presently, Mr. Byron-Exarcos manages commercial construction, automotive and real estate projects for AGV Worldwide LLC, an international construction consulting company. Previously he was the President and CEO of AJST LLC, an EPC with financing company overseeing projects in Central and South America, India, Eastern Europe and the Caribbean.

As EVP of The Sunland Group LLC, he directed diverse construction and agricultural development projects in China, India, Eastern Europe and the Dominican Republic. While president of EB S.A., Mr. Byron-Exarcos secured joint ventures with international companies for the execution of large infrastructure projects in Sub-Sahara Africa.

Mr. Byron-Exarcos earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Paris and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Mr. Clark was formerly a Managing Director with Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC, the Corporate Finance division of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NCI:NYSE) where he was responsible for exclusive sale assignments and capital raising and also managed the firm’s Hedge Fund practice. Prior to Navigant Mr. Clark headed M&A and Private Capital for Synovus Investment Banking, a subsidiary of Synovus Financial Corp. (SNV:NYSE). Earlier in his 24 year career, Mr. Clark held various investment banking positions with GMA Partners, Legacy Securities and KPMG Corporate Finance.Mr. Clark began his career in corporate banking with NCNB National Bank, now a Bank of America Company. In additional to his role at Algon, Mr. Clark is also the President of FD Capital Advisors BD, LLC, a broker-dealer and a member of FINRA and SIPC.

Mr. Clark holds an MBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, and a BS in Finance (cum laude) from the University of Florida. He is an active member in the Association for Corporate Growth, has served as an expert witness and frequently participates in industry events as both speaker and panelist on investment banking topics.

Mr. Comegys is a homebuilding and land development veteran who has successfully initiated and implemented restructuring, repositioning and growth strategies for a range of companies from start-up to large established organizations. Mr. Comegys has worked for 25 years in every sector of the residential real estate industry from coast to coast. Over the past 15 years he has served as President of Pulte Homes, Florida Region; President and COO of Jim Walter Homebuilding Group; and President of Meritage Homes, Florida Region. His experience includes all major consumer segments, including the construction of single-family, multi-family, and hi-rise products, as well as the development of large master planned communities. Mr. Comegys holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Drew University. He is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the Residential Council.

Bill Darrow

Mr. Darrow has over 40 years of real estate experience in senior positions in commercial/investment banking, principal investing and asset management. His experience includes extensive experience in both restructuring / repositioning assets and portfolios, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Algon he provided consulting advice to one of the major German banks who was adverse to the Related Group (and Algon) in its $2.1 billion restructuring. For nearly 10 ears he was a Managing Director with Wellsford Real Properties, Inc. a $4 billion real estate merchant bank.

Earlier in his career he held senior level positions with Chemical Bank, Prudential Securities, and Banque Indosuez and has completed transactions in excess of $8 billion.

Mr. Hendren was formerly a Director in Wachovia’s Corporate and Investment Banking division where he spent 11 years focused on middle market industrial and construction companies. Over the last two and half years he was responsible for the firm’s building and construction materials investment banking practice. His experience includes advising public and private companies and financial sponsors on M&A advisory assignments (sellside and buyside) and debt and equity capital raises. Over the course of a 20+ -year real estate career which includes both institutional and principal-level start-up experience, Ms. Protas has led the charge for real estate valued at over $4 billion and worked on some of the country’s most high profile and distinguished assets. She has developed, repositioned and/or turned-around over 20 million square feet of office, retail and residential projects in markets nation-wide. Ms. Protas is known for her skill in identifying value in distressed, troubled and hard-to-resolve real estate situations. Most recently, Ms. Protas was the principal in charge of real estate at a Northeast-based investment firm that specialized in non-core and non-traditional development opportunities. In addition to development expertise, Ms. Protas has a strong track record of improving operating performance of underperforming income-producing properties. Prior to CBIZ, he was a partner and CFO of Zelenkofske Axelrod & Company, LTD. Early in his career, Mr. Rubin was associated with Touche Ross & Co. and Strouse Greenburg & Co., a Philadelphia based real estate developer. He has over 20 years of senior level finance and accounting experience including serving as a full-time CFO for manufacturing, service and distribution companies. Ms. Campbell, former Superintendent of Banks for the State of Alabama, serves as senior advisor to Algon for assignments involving banking and regulatory issues.
